Well if agitation and stubbornness is what they are looking for to move
Christopher to the next phase, he showed out today. During each session of
therapy Christopher was non-compliant or downright obstinate. He refused to
allow the occupational therapy team cast his left arm, throwing his upper body
forward, kicking his legs up in the air anything to keep them away. He refused
to even look at the Cindy the speech therapist, turning away from her each time
she attempted to address him. Guess who won the battle, Christopher was a rotten
boy today.
He had a much quieter afternoon finally settling down. Dr Zadoff cleared
Christopher for capping the trach again, he will need to tolerate several days
without issue in order for the trach to be removed. They will start by capping
during the day, for the first couple of days, progressing as tolerated.
Prayers tonight for Chris and family.

I love it! Feisty Christopher is a very good thing! Hey, the Sharitz family got our prayer bracelets in the mail today. We each will wear one to remind us to pray continually for God's healing hand on Christopher. VA
