Sunday Dec. 16th

Today is such a rainy mess of a day, a great day to sleep in, which is exactly what we did. Davis spent the night at Mitchell Wasson’s house, so I am going to pick him up around eleven this morning. I have been able to feed Christopher and give him his morning meds without waking him. He looks so peaceful right now.

He has been kicking off his covers during the night, I am sure it is because I have been putting his splints on at night. I took them off this morning around five and covered him back up, he was wide awake when I came down to check on him. You can tell a difference in him and how well he sleeps. He has always been one who has to get at least eight hours sleep. Like most teenage boys, eight hours turns into twelve, some days.

Today Debbie and I are looking for a new couch and chairs for the family room, ours are starting to get a little worn. Davis and Christopher are watching the Falcons destroy the Giants. An impressive game for the Falcons so far. Several of our neighbors are at the game, they are Giant’s fans, sorry not a good day for the Giants.

Debbie is heading off to attend a birthday party this evening for Dale Palmer. We wish her a Happy Birthday. She has been a huge help for Debbie, working with Jamie Cole and the other staff to keep the business going in Debbie’s absence. They have done a tremendous job, under some trying circumstances.
