It has been a good day, I know Debbie is exhausted. I have been working
long days at the surgery center, so she is putting in long hours with
Christopher by herself. Davis has been a big help in the afternoon once he gets
home from school. We have to get some additional help lined up. There is just so
much to do for one person to be able to handle it on their own.
The speech therapist assigned to Christopher came in to do her assessment
and will be starting soon. We should have the physical therapist starting soon,
as well. I know Debbie has been trying to arrange the appointments. Christopher
will have to go back to the Shepherd Center Monday morning to have his pump
refilled. We plan on trying to see some of the staff while we are there. We have
really grown fond of so many of them and miss seeing them.
We have had so many people come into our life during the past four months
and we are touched by the amazing compassion and generosity we have been shown.
Thank you isn’t enough, please know how much we appreciate all that is being
done for Christopher and our family. The Lord is working miracles through you.
