Short day today at work, I was able to pick up items from the store for tomorrow and be home by 3pm. Debbie has been working on a project for the past few days while caring for Christopher. Not an easy task. She has a deadline this evening she has to meet.
The Ryan family came by this afternoon bearing gifts, chocolate pie and wine, awesome. Hayes and Davis are freshman at school and play football and lacrosse together for Lassiter. We have known the Ryan's for a few years now, becoming good friends through the boys playing sports and Brett and I coaching their football team over the past few years. It doesn't hurt that Layne is an Auburn graduate, Wareagle.
Today Christopher's OT Danielle came, she will be working with him over the coming weeks trying to get him using his arms more, reaching and grasping. He is still very weak and stiff in his upper body. We continue to use splints during the day to help keep his arms from contracting anymore. They are uncomfortable for him, but very necessary.
Bobbie hobbling in on her crutches has been a constant visitor, keeping all of our spirits high, thank you.
We are looking forward to thanksgiving dinner tomorrow we wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving.
