We have had a great week, Christopher continues to eat well and seems to be putting the weight he lost back on. He lost a little over twenty pounds during this last stay in the hospital.
But as you can see in this photo he is looking good. He is so resilient. Youth is a wonderful thing!

Clowning in the standing frame |
We went back to Dynamic Therapies this week, Christopher is still being evaluated on his ability to use the communicative devices. Most of the time is spent following him through demonstrative exercises focusing on his attention span and comprehension of the icons used on the IPAD like device. His dexterity has improved dramatically and he seems to be able to pick out many of the items, especially the ones that interest him, food, glasses, hats, shoes and cars.
This weekend we were able to go to the lake, Davis had one of his friends Ben with him, they stay in the water nearly the whole weekend.

Here is Christopher after stealing my glasses off of my head. |
In this picture Debbie and I were getting Christopher up to put him in the shower. The first thing he did was take my glasses of the top of my head and tried to put them on. He was laughing so hard he couldn't get them on straight. We were running around trying to find something to take a picture with.
Can't remember what we were watching but he was laughing nonstop. Everything is good.
Debbie had to fly to Toronto Sunday afternoon so she left this morning, the boys and I left around three o'clock. We had a great weekend.
