July 20th Update

Would you please post the following message. Thank you for your help keeping this going.

"Christopher continues to make slow progress, they have removed his second chest tube this morning. They are still slowly trying to wean him from the sedation. It appears there is no fever, he is just reacting to the warming process, he is still being cooled to about 35deg C which is about 95deg F.

We can't thank you all enough for the continued thoughts and prayers, the Lassiter community, our church, friends and family have and continue to be amazing. We feel the love and it is what keeps us going."

  1. Debbie and Heitzman family,

I think and pray for Christopher every day. I have only met Christopher a few times, but my impression is that Christopher is an amazing person and a kind soul. My heart goes out to your entire family and close friends during this time. I will continue to pray and keep you all in my thoughts. It will certainly be a long road, but one paved with prayers and support. --Marci Leifson and family
