We are thankful Christopher has had another good day. They have warmed Christopher up to a normal temp of 98.6 and he has tolerated that without issue.
He is receiving Tylenol for what they think is a low grade fever. The doctors have not gotten the results on the cultures back yet to determine what type of germs are causing his fever.
Tomorrow the plan is to decrease his sedation and we are hopeful he tolerates that well.
The neuro team came in this morning, Christopher's arterial pressures had been running very high at 190/85 but once his line was recalibrated they determined it was a false high reading. It is now within normal limits.
Thank you all for your continued support, thoughts and prayers. We know this is going to be a long road to recovery and we have only just began.
Love to you all
Debbie and Randy
We are so thankful that this news reflects a continued improvement in Christopher's condition. We pray daily for your family.... That you two will be given the strength to deal with this one day at a time... And for Christopher as he fights to recover, as well as for Davis... It cannot be easy for him to go through all this at his age.
