Christopher had a tough day yesterday trying to wean him off the narcotics he has been on for the past 3 weeks,

The doctors decided to again give Christopher the pain medication and to wean him off slowly to make it easier on his body.

He has another fever which they are trying to pinpoint. He's been hanging in there today,
And his ICP ( pressure on his brain ) has been OK today. Other vitals have been unstable due to his shivering from his fever.

The catheter that was helping to drain spinal fluid off his brain (EVD) was removed today.

I'm sure Christopher appreciated getting really cleaned up today and he looks more like the good ole CJ . He also has started some PT and they changed all his dressings.

Orthopedics are to visit tomorrow for a plan to repair his fractured pelvis. Still a long way to go. Thanks for the continued prayers.
