Monday Aug 27 blog update

Christopher tolerated being off the vent well during the night. He is back in his room now and will continue to stay off the vent. His cast on his right arm was replaced today after straightening it out a bit more. He will probably have this repeated a  couple of times to get back to full range of motion. His cast is a nice orange and blue, WAREAGLE.

  1. Still checking on Chris everyday and still praying for his full recovery, I was looking at SLL Allstar baseball pictures the other day with Chris and Clay and the other players they grew up with, they were all so little. Thinking of all of you and what you"ll are having to go through.

  4. Hi Debbie, this is Alicia - always checking in and always thinking of you, Christopher and the family. Getting Christopher off the ventilator is major progress; all the strength of my thoughts and my family thoughts for continuous recovery. Also, a huge thank you to the blog keeper - you are our conduit to the Heitzman's, to Christopher's progress and I cannot thank you enough in the name of all of us.
