Christopher had a good day, the medicine they gave him for his nausea is working.
We certainly know our boy is in there trying to get out as he is showing very clearly with his actions, attention and performance the therapists he prefers to work with. No surprise to us that they are the young cute ones.
He continued to work on Yes and No in speech therapy but he was unable to manage head nodding and he was distracted so not doing the blinking as well as he did yesterday.
The OT therapist had him out stretching on the mat which he did well and in PT he was nearly upright on the tilt table. I think he will hit the upright position this week. He is wearing his hinged leg brace to protect his ruptured ACL on his right knee which is making him more comfortable when weight bearing.
We had a quiet afternoon giving Christopher time in bed for tube feeding so we could catch up on some of the calories he lost earlier in the week
