Sat. Sept. 22nd

A very restful day. Debbie and Christopher spent some time in the garden early this morning, another beautiful day. Coleman came in and spent the day with us before leaving to go to the Georgia game.

We had a couple of sessions in the gym, just getting Christopher on the mats stretching. The botox still hasn't had an affect on Christopher's muscles yet, it will probably be another couple of days before we see a difference.

It seems he is taken in all of the calories at the moment, his residuals are very low which means he is absorbing all that he is taking in. We should start to see him put on some weight. He looks so much better right now compared to a couple of weeks ago.

Can't wait to hear those first words, Debbie and I are betting on whether it will be mom or not, just like before.

We have had a good day, we watched the Braves win and watched Auburn give LSU a scare. Several visitors today, always good to have company.
Is has been a good day.

  1. Hi Debbie:

How amazing to envision Christopher standing tall, and gaining some weight - a testament to his inner strenght and the amazing work of mom and dad with the skilled professionals. I see today is the 23rd and we were able to stay at the center - that must be due to the progress Christopher is making and warms my heart. We got a little goldfish at home since Christopher enjoys the pond - we named her Stephanie after the pretty therapist Christopher likes. If his first spoken word is Mom we wlll rename our fish to Mom, family pact! but we think it is going the name of one of the pretty young ladies around :)
All my love and always thinking of you,
    Alicia
