Today Christopher and I took Davis to his lacrosse workout at Lassiter. We watched Davis working with Leo on his shots on goal. He is really doing very well. Tryout start tomorrow for the high school team, over 60 in the field. Wish him well.
Christopher and I got to see the new stadium seating they are putting in at the baseball field. They will make a big difference for fan comfort at the games this coming year. Looking good Coach Kelly.
This evening we were invited to Jay Gulbin's church, the Alpharetta First United Methodist Church. Jay is the Director of Youth Ministries, and is good friends with Coleman and Christopher. We had a wonderful time listening to the music and meeting a great bunch of people. Thank you for the invitation.
We stopped by Mellow Mushroom on the way home for some pizza. To our surprise Christopher ended up eating half of my pizza and drinking nearly all of my Diet Coke. We started him out on some Chicken Tortilla soup. He obviously wanted more, he kept giving me the eye. Looking at the pizza and then at me.
It is amazing how far he has come. Thank you all for the continued support, thoughts and prayers. The turnout for the race Saturday was amazing. We had so much fun seeing everyone.
We love you.
