Yesterday April Barton who works for one of the care assistance programs came in to do an assessment of Christopher and his needs for assistance. Very nice lady, starting today we will receive assistance from their organization, four hours per day three days a week.
The young man who was assigned to assist today seemed very nice, however Debbie will feel more comfortable with a female in the house. The person assigned to the duty will assist in Christopher’s fundamental care, cleaning, dressing, feeding and medicating as needed and will assist in some light cleaning and laundry as it pertains to his care. Once the nursing care has been established they should be assisting four hours per day four days per week.
Thanks to Jill and Marcy for looking after Christopher today, Debbie and Davis both are coming down with a cough and sore throat, hopefully we can ward off all the germs and any evil spirits that may be lurking around. So far Christopher and I are doing well.
