Tuesday October 29th

We have had a really nice day today, all the therapy sessions were positive. Christopher's extension to stay in rehab was approved. He has been approved until Friday at which point another request for extension will have to be submitted.

Here you can see how well he is standing, Anne and Kira are just helping him with balancing himself. He really looks great, both feet flat on the floor.

In this video I am scrambling a bit, sorry he just pegged me with the ball instead of throwing it to Emily who is standing off to the left of the screen.

He did so well today in therapy I had to get him a prize, so here he is eating his Dunkin' Donuts, a jelly filled and blueberry cake donut. He was so excited.

We are having an early night tonight, we will be up early tomorrow to get ready for the transfer back to Penn Hospital. He is scheduled to be in the OR by 1230. I know it is going to be a long day.  Wish us well.
