Christopher has tolerated the new splint very well. I have not seen any big change yet in the flexibility in his elbow or wrist, still waiting for the Botox to really take hold. It can sometimes take a week or two to see results.
Davis has had one of his friends Zachery staying with us this week, they have been fishing nonstop since we got here. Catching bream, crappie and catfish, not enough for a fish fry just enough to have some fun.
Unfortunately someone stole our canoe Wednesday night. The boys had been in it until dark when Davis tied it up at the dock. The next morning it and both paddles, two life jackets and a knee board were gone. So I had to call the police and report it, I am sure it is gone and we will never see it again.
Well the loss of the canoe didn't deter the boys from fishing, they continued to hit the water every day.
Debbie and I still had several projects to complete in the house and we spent quite a bit of time getting them done. It was a very productive week.
Thursday night the storms blew through and between Buster howling because of the thunder and Christopher moaning because he wanted the splint off, we didn't get much sleep.
Friday and Saturday were once again beautiful days, as you can see we were able to get Christopher out in the sun and where he could relax and watch the water and all the action.
Here he is chillin with his Oakleys on. Jamie and her youngest son Austin joined us for the weekend we had a great time finally getting the jetski in the water the boys were determined to knee board. The water was freezing. I don't care what they say, it was cold. We started home Sunday afternoon of course it was raining again.
