We were happy to see Marley and Susan Fiveash who came to visit, they came by yesterday early evening. Christopher really enjoys their visits, so much that he ignored Coleman and I as we sat nearby.
Today we had appointments for Christopher's postop visit with Dr. Seiler. He was very pleased with Christopher's progress since the Botox injections. We spent another two and a half hours with Donna. Lauren and Erica reworking his splints. We got home around three thirty and had a little lunch before Coleman arrived.

Here is the new splint, still three components, straightening an additional 10% each week. |
Christopher's car was making screeching noise as we were driving from the doctor's office. The fan belt tensioner had come apart and the only thing holding the belt on was part of the spring from the tensioner. Can't believe we made it home.
I ended up changing out the belt tensioner and putting on a new belt while Naomi sat with Christopher. Coleman and I had our heads stuck under the hood of the car until Betsy Wade and Beth Robertson came by to deliver a prayer quilt that was made by their prayer group at church.
The quilt is representative of the baseball field and has blue ribbons throughout the design, tied with knots representing the prayers that were said for Christopher and the family.
Here Betsy and Beth are presenting the quilt to Christopher singing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame"
Such a nice keepsake quilt. A lot of love went into that! - Julie Lischer
